Other recent transactions include the acquisition of the 244-room Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel, the 151-room Hampton Inn Newark-Airport, and the 349-room Wyndham Garden Hotel Newark Airport, investments into various U.S. commercial real estate partnership or joint ventures, and the construction and development of a hotel in Manhattan.
