He will dedicate 100% of his practice to hospitality law, bolstering the Group’s timeshare and fractional capabilities.

Prior to joining JMBM, Mr. Sudeck was an attorney working on timeshare, fractional and other hospitality transactions for a international law firm as well as a prestigious private hotel development and management company. David also has experience in condominium development and real estate brokerage.

Mr. Sudeck earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, his Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from University of Southern California, and his B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
